At ERRONEOUS GOLD, every product is customized specially for each customer. Because of this personalization, we follow a specific refund and replacement policy.
Customized Products
Since all products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds once the order is processed.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we are happy to assist you.
To request a replacement:
• Please record an unboxing video while opening the package
• Contact us within 3 days of delivery
• Share the unboxing video and order details with our support team
After verification, we will arrange a replacement for the defective product.
Replacement Conditions
Replacement requests will only be accepted if:
• Product is damaged during delivery
• Wrong item was delivered
• Manufacturing defect is present
Requests without an unboxing video may not be approved.
