How long does it take to process an order?
Customized products require time for preparation.
Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days before dispatch.
How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–8 business days across India, depending on your location and courier service.
Can I change my customization details after placing the order?
No. Once an order is confirmed and production begins, customization details cannot be changed. Please double-check your spelling and details before placing the order.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Cash on Delivery availability depends on your location.
